Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Utah seeks a dedicated Forklift Operator to support warehouse and shipping operations. You will move materials safely, manage inventory, and ensure products are staged, loaded, and stored accurately.

Your responsibilities include operating sit-down forklifts, pulling orders with SAP and handheld devices, and assisting with warehousing, receiving, and inventory control. You will adhere to GMPs and safety standards while maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate a Sit-Down forklift in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP and handheld inventory systems.
• Ability to accurately record inventory transactions and shipping information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds as required.
• Ability to manually load and unload products when necessary.
• Commitment to workplace safety, food safety, and quality standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overnight schedules and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to transport raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Pull orders and complete inventory transactions using SAP and handheld computer devices.
• Supply packaging materials to production lines and remove palletized finished goods.
• Perform shipping forklift duties and provide line driver support as needed.
• Load, unload, stage, and store products and materials in warehouse locations and storage racks.
• Verify load counts, inventory quantities, shipping manifests, and production records for accuracy.
• Utilize SAP and warehouse management systems to process inventory movements and shipping transactions.
• Assist with warehousing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work areas.
• Assist with quality control sample collection and clerical support activities as needed.
• Support manual loading and unloading of products and materials when required.
• Follow all GMPs, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by supervision.
