Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse and shipping operations in Austin, TX. You will operate a stand-up forklift, ensure inventory accuracy, and assist with loading for distribution while complying with safety and GMP standards.

Responsibilities include reading load charts and shipping docs, performing cycle counts, and maintaining documentation. Must have forklift certification, a GED/HS diploma, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months material handling experience.
• Stand-up forklift experience with certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read shipping documents, load charts, and Bills of Lading.
• Safety-conscious with GMPs, safety procedures, and PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Flexible hours and ability to work in freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks accurately and efficiently according to load charts and shipping schedules.
• Read and interpret load charts, Bills of Lading, and shipping documentation.
• Complete required paperwork including Bills of Lading, Sales Orders, and Pre-Load Inspection Forms.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and complete equipment check sheets.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accuracy.
