Rehrig Pacific Company in Lewiston, ME is hiring Forklift Operators to support our production team. Shift details: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM. Pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, based on experience.

Join a safety-minded team that moves materials, loads and unloads trailers, and maintains a clean, efficient workspace. Prior forklift experience and certification are preferred, but we will train if needed, and we value reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but we will train if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast paced production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers supporting production teams.
• Safety first: follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep area clean and organized; lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
