Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Wellford, SC is seeking energetic Forklift Operators to move materials, load and unload trailers, and help keep production running smoothly.

No previous forklift experience is required as we provide training and certification. You must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment; excellent benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, Holidays, 401(k) & ESOP, Profit Sharing and Tuition Reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision, safely operating forklifts to move materials and trailers.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; practice Clean as You Go.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
