Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load & Unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized by practicing 'Clean as You Go'.
• Be prepared for physical work, lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
