Job summary

Americold Realty Trust, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food products using a range of forklifts and RF equipment.

The role requires adherence to OSHA standards and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace. Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, stacking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and performing general inventory and maintenance tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three (3) months of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight using proper equipment to move products to storage.
• Stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, and check freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation.
• Operate equipment (forklifts, RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Meet production standards while maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
• Perform other duties such as inventory, cleaning, or forklift battery changes as needed.
