Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Bayport, MN seeks a Forklift Operator to safely handle sorting, shipping, receiving and material handling. You will operate multiple PITs, stage inbound/outbound material, and create related documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years forklift experience, knowledge of WMS/MES/BAAN systems, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years forklift experience.
• Ability to operate multiple PIT types (forklift, walkie rider, etc.).
• Ability to read invoices, packing slips and reports to determine correct delivery locations.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to standard work, procedures and quality specifications.
• Complies with safety parameters to protect equipment and coworkers.
• Support Continuous Improvement and safety interactions.
• Identify problems and implement fixes using AMS tools and standards.
