Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operator to safely load, unload, and sort windows and doors in a fast‑paced warehouse. You will pick, scan, and stage orders accurately while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and adhering to 5S standards.

You will operate PIT equipment, RF scanners, and various pallet handling tools, coordinating with teams to meet daily goals and support training and continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills to read safety instructions and documents.
• English proficiency to read and understand safety instructions and warehouse documents.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction).
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in teams.
• Must be able to safely operate a PIT (Powered Industrial Truck).
• Must be able to operate multiple types of PIT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and sort windows and doors.
• Pick, scan, and stage customer orders accurately and damage‑free.
• Maintain a clean warehouse floor and participate in 5S housekeeping.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, RF scanners, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Meet productivity standards and support process improvements.
• Work cross‑functionally with other departments and train co‑workers as needed.
