Pratt Industries is seeking a motivated forklift operator to support daily warehouse operations at our Allentown facility. You will move products, track locations, and maintain safety and housekeeping per Pratt safety rules.

The job requires the ability to read a tape measure and lift up to 50 pounds with attention to detail. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and the willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience driving and operating a forklift.
• Pass substance abuse screening.
• Attention to preventing damage to materials and equipment.
• Preferred: packaging/warehouse/manufacturing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Move units between staging areas and maintain accurate location records.
• Perform basic forklift maintenance and keep area clean.
• Adhere to production schedule and safety policies.
• Overtime may be required; work 24x7 coverage as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.
