Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. seeks a forklift operator to support our production floor in Lower Macungie Township, PA. You will operate forklifts, follow GMPs and safety rules, and help keep inventory accurate by moving products between staging areas.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, assisting with basic forklift maintenance, and following production schedules. Overtime may be required to support customer needs around the clock, including holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience driving and operating a forklift.
• Pass substance abuse screening per policy.
• High attention to prevent damage to materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Pratt Industries safety rules and GMPs.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report hazards.
• Move units between staging areas and track locations for inventory accuracy.
• Perform basic forklift maintenance and adhere to production schedules.
• Work overtime as needed to meet 24x7 production demands.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
