Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee in Georgia seeks a hands-on Marina Operator to manage forklift tasks, boat handling, and safety compliance at the dry storage facility. You will support customer service requests and coordinated launches, ensuring high member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid GA driver’s license and a good driving record
• Must be able to swim, perform occasional heavy lifting up to 75 lbs, and have excellent corrected vision and good balance
• Must be able to perform outdoor physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Previous experience in marina operations and/or forklift operations preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to operate the POS system
• Must be able to get in and out of boats and jet skis freely
• High School degree or GED

Schedule

Marina operates 7 days a week, Forklift Operators will work approximately 40 hours per week on a schedule set by the Marina Supervisor. Some overtime is expected. Weekend and holiday work is required.
