Job summary

MAT Industries Inc. (a member of MAT Holdings Inc.) is seeking a Forklift/Material Handler in Jackson, TN to move materials and products safely using forklifts and related equipment.

You will load/unload shipments, transport materials to production lines, and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have at least one year of standup forklift experience and a background supporting production lines, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork to ensure

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience driving a standup forklift.
• Must have at least one year of experience supporting Production Lines
• Ability to be self-motivated to support the production lines assigned

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up lifts safely and efficiently to move materials and products.
• Load and unload shipments and transport materials to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Collaborate with team to optimize material flow and storage efficiency.
• Adapt to changing production schedules and priorities as directed by supervisors.
