Job summary

Idyllic Enterprises, LLC is seeking a dedicated forklift operator to support inbound and outbound warehouse tasks. You will handle sit-down/stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move goods efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid forklift certification (OSHA-compliant).
• Experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts in warehouse/manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with RF scanners.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Safety-first mindset and ability to follow PPE requirements.
• Effective communication; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks for inbound, put-away, picking, and outbound tasks.
• Rotate stock (FIFO), stage orders, and assist cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Perform OSHA-required pre-shift equipment checks; report unsafe equipment.
• Feed raw materials to active production lines.
• Move finished goods from the assembly floor to staging or storage.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; follow facility traffic rules and PPE requirements.
• Assist the production team with assigned tasks.

• Perform OSHA-required pre-shift equipment checks; report and notify unsafe equipment for service.

• - Move finished goods from the assembly floor to staging or warehouse storage.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area; follow facility traffic rules and PPE requirements.
• Help the production team with given tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move packages as required by the role. Comfort working around moving equipment. Able to lift 50-60 lb
