Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Successful completion of PIT training and forklift certification.
• Effectively read, write and speak English.
• Six months palletized warehouse experience preferred.
• MFI training/certification provided at start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift meetings.
• Operate forklift safely and productively.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and remove lift if defects are detected.
• Ship and receive products accurately and damage-free.
• Monitor warehouse safety and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete documents and paperwork accurately.
• Fill customer orders and follow special instructions.
• Collaborate with office staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized warehouse and proper pallet storage.
• Promote teamwork and safe practices.
• Follow GMPs and SQF principles; report safety/quality concerns.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
