48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in Florence, SC to load and unload pallets, move materials, and support production in a safety-conscious warehouse.

The role requires 1-3 years of forklift experience with willingness to work overtime and communicate effectively. Pay is competitive at $16.75 per hour, with regular Monday–Friday daytime shifts and full-time employment. Join a team focused on efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, or construction is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in a labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind.
