Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC, is seeking a Forklift Operator to move pallets and materials across our Temple, TX warehouse. You will operate forklift equipment to relocate sorted pallets, support production areas, and help with loading customer trailers.

We offer hourly pay of $19.00, shift Monday–Friday 3:30am–12:00pm, overtime as needed, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), PTO, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1-3 years forklift experience required.
• Previous experience in warehouse/logistics is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with safety procedures at all times.
• Hand-sort pallets when required.
• Repair pallets using a nail gun when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
