Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Forklift Operator in Arcadia, FL to move pallets and support production needs. You will operate forklifts, assist with pallet sorting, and repair damaged pallets as needed. This is a 4th shift role (Saturday-Monday, 5:00pm–5:00am) with competitive pay and benefits.

The job requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification preferred, and 1–3 years of forklift experience is preferred. Willingness to work overtime and communicate effectively is essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Forklift certification preferred.
1–3 years forklift experience preferred.
Previous warehouse/logistics experience strongly preferred.
Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

Move sorted pallet stacks to the appropriate staging area using forklift equipment.
Operate forklifts with care, following safety procedures at all times.
Hand-sort pallets when required.
Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when needed.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
