Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in North Canton, OH to move pallets and materials through the warehouse, load/unload trailers, and support production areas with safety as a priority.

You will sort pallets, repair damaged pallets by hand when needed, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while following site procedures. This role offers opportunities for growth and reliable hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1-3 years forklift experience preferred, not required.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to staging area using forklift equipment.
• Forklifts must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.
• Hand-sorting wooden pallets, when required.
• Repairing wooden pallets using a nail gun, when required.
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
