Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for a hands-on pallet jack operator at the Carlisle, PA facility. You will move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods using manual and electric pallet jacks and support order fulfillment by transporting palletized orders to wrapping or staging areas.

The role emphasizes safety, proper labeling, and efficient organization of storage spaces, with on-the-job training provided. This is an open position with immediate openings and a stable employment path.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.

• Assist in organizing bulk storage and overflow inventory using pallet jacks.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate both manual and electric pallet jacks to move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the general warehouse area.
• Support order fulfillment teams by transporting completed, palletized orders from the picking area to the final wrapping or staging lanes.
• Ensure all pallets being moved are secure, stable, and correctly identified with the necessary labeling or documentation.
• Use the Pallet Jack to assist in the daily organization and consolidation of bulk storage and overflow inventory areas.
• Prioritize equipment care, operating the machinery smoothly and safely, and reporting any need for maintenance or repair.
