Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Background check, drug screen, physical, Caetus Aptitude testing.
• Forklift experience preferred (min 3 years).

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel if needed.
• Read production sheets and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound shipments.
• Move merchandise to storage locations.
• Build, pick, and pack pallets.
• Perform quality checks on inbound goods.
• Carry out basic forklift maintenance (recharging, refueling).
• Identify and report faults to supervisors and technicians.
• Follow all safety guidelines and SOPs.
