Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to efficiently move materials in a fast-paced production environment. You will operate a sit-down forklift, document inspections, and ensure safe, organized storage of goods.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months forklift experience. Overtime, some weekends, and growth opportunities are included within a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months experience operating a sit-down forklift in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to deliver stock and remove finished goods.
• Complete and document forklift inspections at start of each shift.
• Maintain neat, safe stock stacks and accurate inventory using the computer system.
• Follow daily production schedule and suggest improvements to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
• Adhere to all safety policies and maintain housekeeping.
