Job summary

EMP Trust HR Solutions in Stuttgart, AR is seeking a Forklift Driver in a packing role. Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime including weekends. Operate a forklift to lift, move and wrap packaged product, perform inspections, and ensure traceability with handheld scanners.

The position requires reading/writing English, basic math, and ability to lift up to 110 pounds. Safety PPE must be worn and safety rules followed.

Qualifications

Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
Must possess basic math skills.
Must be willing to lift up to 110 pounds.
Must be willing to climb up to 4 feet.
Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures.
Must have prior forklift experience.
Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.

Responsibilities

Operate forklift to lift and move packaged product on slip sheets and/or pallets.
Inspect carriers (trucks, boxcars) to ensure safety and cleanliness and product quality.
Use scan guns to maintain product traceability and inventory control.
Manually stack and wrap packaged product.
Inspect forklift daily and ensure hoses and operating condition; maintain sanitation records.
Comply with all safety and food safety rules and perform other duties as requested.
