EMP Trust HR Solutions in Stuttgart, AR is seeking a Forklift Driver in a packing role. Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime including weekends. Operate a forklift to lift, move and wrap packaged product, perform inspections, and ensure traceability with handheld scanners.

The position requires reading/writing English, basic math, and ability to lift up to 110 pounds. Safety PPE must be worn and safety rules followed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Must be willing to lift up to 110 pounds.
• Must be willing to climb up to 4 feet.
• Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures.
• Must have prior forklift experience.
• Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to lift and move packaged product on slip sheets and/or pallets.
• Inspect carriers (trucks, boxcars) to ensure safety and cleanliness and product quality.
• Use scan guns to maintain product traceability and inventory control.
• Manually stack and wrap packaged product.
• Inspect forklift daily and ensure hoses and operating condition; maintain sanitation records.
• Comply with all safety and food safety rules and perform other duties as requested.
