Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator at our Dallas dock to efficiently sort, load, and unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts.

You'll work with non-palletized and palletized goods on a day-to-day basis and help ensure deliveries go out safely and on time. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform basic math, with or without calculator.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight on a dock.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift and other equipment safely.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools.
• Follow safety policies and work efficiently.
• Use handheld devices to track shipments.
• Work on a dock that is not climate-controlled for extended periods.
