Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate on 3rd shift in Indiana. You will operate forklifts and ERP tools to move, store, and ship goods, while handling orders, loading, and documentation.

With 2+ years in warehousing, you’ll verify accuracy, assist with cycle counts, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation across varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related warehouse, shipping, receiving, or forklift experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift operation experience and the ability to safely move materials throughout a warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and follow daily operational instructions.
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and ERP scanners to safely move, store, load, and unload finished goods throughout the warehouse.
• Pull and prepare customer orders using pick tickets while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Receive and ship products using straight trucks, tractor-trailers, and overseas containers.
• Organize shipping documentation, including pick tickets, manifests, and labels, and support shipments through approved carriers.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, warehouse organization, and housekeeping to maintain efficiency.
• Support internal and external customer satisfaction by ensuring finished goods are properly received, stored, picked, and shipped.
