Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to efficiently sort, load, and unload freight on a non-climate-controlled dock. You’ll operate forklift and pallet jacks, scan shipments, and ensure safe handling. The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends, with health benefits and growth opportunities at XPO.

Candidates should be at least 18 and comfortable with basic math. Prior freight or LTL experience is a plus, and a strong attention to detail is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to do basic math calculations, with or without a calculator.
• Willing to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use motorized and manual equipment including pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely adhering to company policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock not climate-controlled for extended periods.
