Job summary

Conestoga Wood Specialties Corporation in East Earl, PA is seeking a reliable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to move raw materials, in-process inventory and finished goods throughout our warehouse. You will operate industrial powered trucks and support receiving, staging and shipping to keep production flowing.

The role rewards safety, accuracy and teamwork. Requirements include 1–2 years forklift experience (training available), ability to lift 50 lbs, and basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Competencies: Strong attention to detail, solid basic math skills for counting inventory, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Operate industrial powered trucks (forklifts) to support receiving, production staging, and shipping operations.
• Maintain safety and accuracy in inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.
