Job summary

PFG Manufacturing in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to support our warehouse operations. You will operate forklifts and other equipment to move and stock product, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, the ability to work in multi-temperature settings, and willingness to overtime. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for maintaining efficient distribution processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ months warehouse or distribution experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime.
• Lift 10–35 lbs repeatedly; up to 60–90 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
• Transport incoming freight to inventory and prepare for storage.
• replenish pick slots and rotate stock as required.
• Inspect pallets, report damage, and maintain organized storage.
• Follow safety policies and GMP requirements.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and inspections.
