Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a forklift operator to support our manufacturing/retail distribution operations in Ohio. You will operate forklifts, load and unload materials, and ensure timely loading for customers according to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing/retail distribution environment.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Position forks, lifting platform or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products or materials
• Transport materials to designated area
• Unload and stacks materials
• Inventory materials on yard
• Maintain yard and work area in a clean and safe manner
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision in ensuring customers are loaded as scheduled without undue delay
