Job summary

Westlake in Dallas is seeking a reliable forklift operator to move, load, and unload material and pallets throughout the facility, following all safety policies. You will unload incoming material, regulate shipping documents, verify counts and load sheets, and work within quality standards and manufacturing processes.

Prior forklift experience and a GED are preferred, and the role may require wearing PPE and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, load, and unload material and pallets.
• Comply with Westlake Safety Policies.
• Maintain regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility.
• Unload incoming material and pallets by placing it in the proper area.
• Regulate shipping documents accordingly.
• Verify counts and maintain load sheets.
• Understand quality standards, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
