Whirlwind Steel, Inc. is seeking a safety-minded Forklift Operator to move large materials in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will operate forklifts, perform basic equipment checks, and help keep production flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities include moving materials, organizing work areas, and coordinating with the team and supervisors to maintain safe, efficient operations. Monday–Friday schedule with possible weekends based on workload.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to safely move materials throughout the manufacturing areas
• Safely handle materials up to 50 feet long and 2 tons
• Complete basic equipment checks before operating forklifts and cranes
• Keep materials and work areas organized and ready for the next job
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep work moving safely and efficiently
