Job summary

Mars is seeking a skilled logistics coordinator to join our Sparks, NV factory team. You will help ensure raw materials are available on time and liaise with the Operations group to prevent manufacturing delays.

Working with systems like SAP, ATMS and Weekplan, you’ll escalate issues affecting safety, quality or efficiency while collaborating with diverse associates under Mars’ Five Principles. Mars University supports your development and a competitive compensation package awaits.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English required or above.
• Experience in Supply Chain preferred.
• FLT / Flexi experience preferred.
• Comfortable with SAP, ATMS and Weekplan.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials are available for production lines on time.
• Communicate potential shortages to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain close contact with Operations to prevent delays in manufacture.
• Raise escalations that impact safety, quality or efficiency.
