Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a Material Handler in Illinois to support the supply department, operate a stand-up forklift, and ensure material accountability. You will work with Production Leads to replenish materials safely and on time.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, manufacturing experience, ability to lift 60 pounds, and computer literacy for data entry in the Weever system. Cross-training and strong safety performance are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and respond quickly.
• Troubleshooting ability.
• Computer literacy with data entry in Weever.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with line and Production Leads/Coordinators to ensure materials are replenished in a timely manner.
• Cross training will be required with other Material Handler positions.
• This position and all site associates are responsible for quality and food safety.
