Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Material Handler in Lebanon, KY to operate a forklift and handle materials across the production and shipping areas. You will transport, receive, and store products, while coordinating with teams to support the manufacturing schedule, ensuring safety and accuracy of shipments.

The role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual with basic computer skills. We value teamwork, safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement as part of our global climate technologies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or other formal training in related field preferred.
• At least one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Obtain a fork truck license through the company Fork Truck Certification program.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, transports, receives, and stores products as directed in designated, secure location (manually and/or using pallet jacks, tugger, and skids).
• Assists other departments in movement of products including machines, loading docks, trucks, and storage areas.
• Reviews accompanying documents for accuracy; expedites shipments that affect the manufacturing process schedule.
• Coordinates with teams and leaders to provide Fork Truck operations to support production needs.
• Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with safety rules.
