Job summary

Amcor is hiring a Material Handler to distribute materials across the production floor and move items to designated locations using a forklift. The role requires reading and interpreting lot information, scanning with a handheld device, and maintaining accurate WIP labels and quantities.

The position includes a 12-hour shift pattern (2 Days On, 2 Days Off, 3 On, 2 Off, 2 On, 3 Off) and adherence to GMP/ISO standards. Prior forklift experience is required, with lifting up to 35 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Capable of operating a forklift safely with six months of experience.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs periodically.

Responsibilities

• Distribute materials across the production floor and stock machines with correct materials.
• Verify labels with a handheld scanner and ensure production quantity accuracy.
• Move product to warehouse locations and maintain FIFO flow.
• Assist with housekeeping and comply with GMP and ISO standards.
