Job summary

Amcor is seeking a responsible forklift operator to support production by moving raw materials and finished goods. You will operate a forklift, scan and print Bills of Lading, inspect products, and maintain inventory accuracy while following HACCP/GMP guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. You will work in a fast-paced, safety‑driven manufacturing environment with training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Basic math including rate, ratio and percent.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains forklift safely to supply materials.
• Transfers finished goods to staging or storage areas.
• Loads finished goods onto trucks to meet delivery requirements.
• Inspects finished goods for quality defects.
• Completes logs and data input for tickets and Bills of Lading.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and reports discrepancies.
• Communicates across internal departments and teams.
