RRD in Dallas is seeking a first shift forklift operator to move paper materials and finished products within a warehouse environment. You will operate a forklift across aisles and ramps to support production and shipping needs.

The role requires loading and unloading, maintaining inventory accuracy, and performing routine safety checks. It offers full-time hours, with pay structured per-hour and potential overtime along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled in starting, stopping, backings, and driving forklift in aisles and ramps.
• Must know forklift load dimensions and lifting capacity.
• Ability to assess doorway/aisle clearance for safe forklift operations.
• Ability to recognize load balance and forklift capability.
• Familiarity with warehouse layout to locate/place items.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklift with lifting devices to move raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods within warehouse or yard.
• May load and unload semi-trailers; maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
• May load/unload materials onto pallets and perform safety checks on lifts.
• May lubricate truck, recharge batteries, fill fuel, or replace liquefied-gas tank.
