Forklift Operator Material Handler Warehouse

Join us for the Forklift Operator Material Handler Warehouse role at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions.

Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full-Time Forklift Operator in Wilmington, Illinois.

• Hourly Pay: $18.50
• Overtime Pay: $27.75
• Pay increases: $0.25 after 90 and 180 days, $0.50 after 1 year, plus an average $3.00 productivity bonus
• Sign-on bonus: $1000 (half at 30 days, half at 90 days)
• Schedule: C Shift Wed 11:00 am - 4:45 pm; Thu-Sat 5:00 am - 4:30 pm

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand long periods
• Flexible schedule availability

• Accurate handling of paperwork and product staging
• Support for automated packing systems
• Other duties as assigned
