CornerStone Staffing in Irving, TX is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Operator for an onsite role in a climate-controlled warehouse. The position is W2, with a Monday–Friday schedule typically 7 AM–7 PM, and a start date in August 2025; Job ID 151409.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, preparing pallets, picking, packing, labeling, and coordinating with shipping and production to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience with forklift and pallet jack operation (manual and electric).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated/freezer environments.
• Prior experience in shipping, packing, or warehouse logistics.
• Effective team communicator with strong reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials
• Prepare pallets for shipment and wrap items per shipping protocols
• Pick, pack, and label goods to fulfill orders accurately
• Rotate between stations and support various warehouse operations
• Work collaboratively to meet production and shipping targets
