Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator at our Brooklyn Park, MN facility. You will safely move goods, scan inventory, operate shrink wrap machines, fulfill shipments, and receive deliveries in a high-traffic manufacturing setting.

The role reports to a Shipping Supervisor and requires standing for long periods, forklift certification, and flexibility for overtime. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Must be stand-up and sit-down forklift certified (or willing to become).
• Experience with data entry and basic math is required.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a high-traffic industrial environment.
• Accurately use electronic scanning to track inventory and locations.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report faults or damages.
• Pick orders, prepare shipments, consolidate pallets, and operate shrink wrap.
• Receive materials from suppliers and move products throughout the facility.
• Load/unload trailers and follow safety guidelines.
