Job summary

Liberty Diversified International is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Ramsey, MN facility to safely move goods in a high-traffic environment and support production workflows.

You will operate forklifts, scan inventory, prepare shipments, and assist with loading and unloading. This full-time on-site role requires minimum 1 year of forklift experience, basic computer skills, and ability to follow detailed work instructions. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year forklift experience.
• Basic computer skills: typing, printing, and data entry.
• Ability to read, follow, and complete detailed work instructions.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a high-traffic industrial environment.
• Use electronic scanners to track inventory levels and locations.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report equipment faults.
• Prepare shipments, consolidate pallets, and operate shrink wrap machines as needed.
• Move products throughout the facility including loading/unloading trailers.
• Follow safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
