Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Ramsey, MN facility. The role involves safely moving goods in a high-traffic industrial setting, operating forklifts, scanning inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting production efficiency. You will report to the Sr.

Supervisor Production and may work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. The position requires a High School diploma or GED and 1+ year of mobile equipment experience, plus basic

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED plus 1+ year experience operating mobile equipment or relevant substitute experience.
• Proficiency with typing, printing and data entry.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Able to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, lift trucks, hoists, or similar equipment in a high-traffic environment.
• Use electronic scanning to track inventory levels and locations.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report equipment faults.
• Prepare shipments, consolidate pallets, and operate shrink wrap machine as needed.
• Move products throughout the facility, including loading/unloading trailers.
• Follow safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
