Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• Powered industrial equipment certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to perform work under direct supervision.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling practices.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems and RF technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to shipping, receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials.
• Complete shipments by processing, staging, and loading orders accurately and on time.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts) and warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Schedule, move, weigh, stock, receive, and pack inbound and/or outbound warehouse products.
• Load and unload trucks following established procedures.
• Utilize JDE, RFS, and RF technology to transact inventory movements, receipts, and shipments.
• Deliver raw materials and supplies to designated work centers to support production.
• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels and participating in cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Ensure correct labeling, packaging, documentation, and storage of materials.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or discrepancies and report issues as needed.
• Complete all required documentation fully, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to 5S standards, including maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
