Job summary

Security Properties in Illinois is seeking a Material Handler to store, move, and handle products using a stand-up reach truck in a manufacturing setting. You will follow GMP practices to maintain safety and quality and work in a structured environment focused on accuracy and efficiency.

Starting pay is $17.45 per hour, with pay depending on location and experience. Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and wellness programs; overtime may apply and opportunities exist for

Qualifications

Must have GMP knowledge or willingness to learn.
Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.
Ability to operate stand-up and extended forklifts.
Sufficient math skills.
Must have the ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Ability to read and write in English preferred.

Responsibilities

Identifies, transports, packs, removes and disposes of products and materials.
Operates forklifts, stand-up reach truck, handcarts, or pallet jacks to pick, replenish, shuttle, and load/unload orders.
Maintain inventory levels as directed.
Feed lines with product as scheduled or directed by supervision or line leads.
Ship and receive materials throughout duration of shift.
Count, weigh, record numbers of units or materials moved or handled.
