Job summary

TWB, Tailor Welded Blanks, a Worthington Steel and BAO Steel joint venture in Antioch, TN, seeks a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Starting pay is $21.00/hour with a $0.55/hour shift differential, plus overtime and benefits.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and cranes, loading/unloading, supplying lines, and ensuring product quality. Pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience is required; manufacturing background preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic math and communication skills; able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the plant.
• Load and unload production equipment and supply materials to lines.
• Monitor equipment for proper operation and inspect finished products.
• Package finished products for shipment and complete production paperwork.
• Assist machine operators with setup and production and follow safety procedures.
