Job summary

TWB, Tailor Welded Blanks, a joint venture of Worthington Steel and BAO Steel, seeks production workers for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Tennessee. Starting at $21.00/hour with a $0.55/hour shift differential, plus overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong work ethic with safety focus and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the plant.
• Load and unload production equipment.
• Supply materials to production lines.
• Monitor production equipment for proper operation.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Assist machine operators with setup and production as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2 - 10 pm

3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday night, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
