TWB, Tailor Welded Blanks, is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift positions in Tennessee. Operate forklifts and overhead cranes, load and unload equipment, supply materials, and ensure production meets safety and quality standards.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with a $0.55 per hour shift differential, plus benefits starting Day 1, overtime at 1.5x and double time after 48 hours; growth opportunities and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, bend and perform physical tasks throughout shift.
• Basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the plant.
• Load and unload production equipment.
• Supply materials to production lines.
• Monitor production equipment for proper operation.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Assist machine operators with setup and production as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
