TWB (Tailor Welded Blanks), a joint venture of Worthington Steel and BAO Steel Company, is hiring for a Material Handler/Forklift. The role involves operating forklift/crane equipment, loading/unloading machines, and maintaining production flow.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend and stoop.
• Basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and/or crane to move material throughout the plant.
• Load and unload machines and move finished product.
• Package and prepare material for production or shipping.
• Monitor equipment and production.
• Inspect parts for quality.
• Complete required production paperwork.
• Assist with machine setups and production.
• Help maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
