TWB, Tailor Welded Blanks, a joint venture of Worthington Steel, is hiring for a Forklift Operator / Material Handler in Antioch, TN. The role supports production by moving materials, loading equipment, and ensuring timely material supply to lines.

Responsibilities

• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Assist machine operators with setup and production as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

2nd Shiftt: Monday - Friday, 2 - 10 pm

3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday night, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous forklift experience required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn
