Salaries are based on a number of factors, including the skills and experience of the candidate. It is common to be hired at the lower to middle end of a salary range, and while it is possible to be hired at the higher end, it often requires proven expertise.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift at the Pearl facility. This person will move customer containers and heat treat baskets for load set up, load staging, furnace loading and unloading, plastic wrapping, and placement of finished product in the correct shipping area.
The material handler is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area, including organizing empty customer containers, emptying garbage hoppers, and operating the floor sweeper daily to maintain cleanliness.
All hires are contingent upon a 9-panel hair follicle drug test & background check. A valid, third-party forklift certification with behind-the-wheel component is required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Prior factory work or heat treating experience preferred.
